Heather Hoiness is in-house counsel with the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal. Heather began her legal career at a union-side labour law firm in Vancouver. She was a staff lawyer at B.C.’s Office of the Human Rights Commissioner before joining the Tribunal in 2023. She holds a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan and clerked at the B.C. Court of Appeal.
