Henry Huang has been practising management-side labour and employment law since 2015 as counsel with the Treasury Board Secretariat, Legal Services Branch with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. He advises and represents clients from provincial ministries and agencies on a variety of labour and employment issues, including collective agreement bargaining and interpretation, discipline, dismissal, human rights, workplace investigations, contract drafting and negotiation, and broader public sector compensation. Henry holds a J.D. from Western University and a B.Sc (hon) from the University of Toronto.
