James Jennings is a partner at Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP, practising across all areas of management-side labour and employment law with particular expertise in human rights, workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety, and labour relations. James has extensive experience litigating human rights and workers’ compensation cases, regularly representing employers before the the Human Rights Tribunal, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Appeals Tribunal. In addition to litigation, James regularly advises clients on complex human rights and accommodation matters, helping organizations navigate legal requirements while fostering inclusive and safe workplaces. He is also a co-author of the Employers’ Guide to Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance and the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act: Quick Reference, and frequently presents on issues related to workplace harassment, accommodation obligations, and emerging trends in employment law.
