Jennifer Glougie is the Chair of the BC Labour Relations Board and BC Employment Standards Tribunal. She holds a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. (Linguistics) from the University of British Columbia. She obtained her LL.B. from the University of Victoria and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2004. Jennifer practised with a boutique union-side labour firm for 12 years before joining the Labour Relations Board as a Vice-Chair in 2016.
