Mae J. Nam is a partner at Ryder Wright Holmes Bryden Nam LLP (RWHBN) who has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
Mae has extensive experience representing union clients and employees in grievance arbitration, labour board matters, matters related to professional misconduct and capacity, human rights complaints, and Charter challenge applications. Prior to coming to RWHBN, Mae worked in-house at unions where she represented health care workers and Ontario Public Service employees.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mae was a union organizer contributing to the successful certification of two large bargaining units of precarious workers at McGill University. Mae was also the co-founder of a community and advocacy center for Philippine migrant workers and their families.
