Matthew Larsen is B.C. Public School Employers’ Association’s (BCPSEA) in-house legal counsel for grievance mediations and arbitrations, Labour Relations Board hearings, and related processes. He advises BCPSEA and school districts on matters relating to collective agreements, arbitration awards, and legislative and regulatory provisions.
Prior to working at BCPSEA, Matthew practised labour, employment, human rights, and privacy law at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, acted as in-house legal counsel with a non-profit housing provider, and worked in the employee relations department with a large crown corporation.
