Megan Mah is a Partner at WeirFoulds LLP. Her practice focuses on human rights, employment, administrative, regulatory and constitutional law. Megan has represented clients on a range of litigation matters. She regularly advises on workplace-related issues, including workplace policies, accommodation, and performance management. Megan also has experience in facilitating training sessions focused on respect in the workplace, and in conducting internal investigations. Representing both employers and employees, Megan has worked for clients including private individuals, private companies, public institutions, professional regulators, not-for-profit organizations, and universities.

Megan is the Chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights Law Section. She is a member of the Advocacy & Policy Committee of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (FACL), and was the recipient of FACL’s 2021 Young Lawyer of the Year Award. Megan has also been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in the category of Labour and Employment Law.
