Michael Bourgeois is a legal and legislative representative with the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) in the Atlantic Region (N.S./N.L.). As in-house counsel with CUPE, Michael supports the union and its locals in labour relations including collective agreement interpretation, grievances, and collective bargaining, as well as other legal issues.
Michael is a graduate of Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law and has been called to the Bar in both Nova Scotia and Newfoundland and Labrador.
