Michael Keliher is a labour relations lawyer with the Association of University of New Brunswick Teachers.
Throughout his career, Michael has provided labour relations advice to unions operating in a wide variety of industries. He has extensive experience in collective bargaining and the resolution of labour disputes, and has represented unions in all stages of the grievance and arbitration processes, as well as before boards, tribunals, and the courts.
Michael holds a B.A. from the University of Prince Edward Island, an LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick, and an LL.M. with a focus in Labour and Employment Law from Dalhousie’s Schulich School of Law. He was called to the Prince Edward Island Bar in 2013, the Nova Scotia Bar in 2014, and the New Brunswick Bar in 2019.
