Mike McCreary is a labour arbitrator and mediator. He is the author of numerous labour related articles and has been profiled multiple times in the Law Times. He is a frequent commentator on labour related issues and a sought-after speaker.

Before commencing his arbitration and mediation practice Mike was a labour lawyer for 33 years in Toronto. At the time of his retirement from the firm he was one of only a handful of labour lawyers to simultaneously hold the distinction of being designated by Best LawyersLexpert, and the Law Society of Ontario as a recommended labour lawyer and recognized specialist in labour law. Mike is now an in-demand rights arbitrator with a penchant for settling hearings usually on the first day. When things don’t settle, he creates a fair and stress-free litigation environment. 

He is a member of the Ontario Labour-Management Arbitrators’ Association. Mike has also been profiled in Leaside Life for his charitable endeavors. He is past Secretary and former Board member of Evangel Hall, a mission in downtown Toronto. Mike holds a level 1 coaching certificate and was for many years a team sponsor and coach in the Leaside Girls Hockey Association.
