Mike Biliski is a partner in the labour law practice group at Koskie Minsky. Mike represents clients before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, at grievance arbitration, and before other administrative tribunals. Mike acts on behalf of a wide variety of clients including construction trade unions, public sector unions, industrial trade unions, and education sector unions and associations.
Mike has specific expertise in construction industry certification and displacement applications. Prior to law school, Mike worked as a baker (among many other jobs) and maintains a solid interest in “researching” bakeries while out and about.
