Najeeb Hassan is currently an arbitrator and mediator, having previously served as a vice-chair, the Registrar, and most recently the Associate Chair of Mediation and Adjudication at the British Columbia Labour Relations Board. He was also the director of the Collective Agreement Arbitration Bureau. He has rendered almost 200 reported decisions and has been counsel in a similar number of reported decisions over his 35-year legal career. In 2025, he was inducted as a Fellow to the College of Labour and Employment Lawyers.

In addition to labour relations expertise, Najeeb has assisted parties in non-union workplaces to resolve their differences, including human rights disputes, wrongful dismissal claims, breach of contract (e.g. non-competition/non-solicitation), and shareholder/partnership disputes.
