Arbitrator Nimal Dissanayake holds LL.B. and LL.M. degrees from Queen’s University. A former Assistant Professor of Industrial Relations at McMaster University, he was solicitor of the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and later became a part-time vice-chair of that Board. Since 1987, Mr. Dissanayake has had an active full-time practice as a grievance arbitrator/mediator, and has been on the arbitrator roster of the Grievance Settlement Board.
