Norah Miner is the Director of Bargaining and Negotiations, and Health Workforce Policy at the Health Sciences Association of B.C., a union representing health science professionals working in acute and community care and in community social services throughout British Columbia.
Norah is a seasoned and creative negotiator and labour relations practitioner with more than 15 years in public sector bargaining in B.C. She has strong mentorship and team building skills, and brings to the table formal education in advocacy, leadership, social work, and community organizing.
