Mr. Reg Pearson retired from his position as Associate Deputy Minister at the Ontario Treasury Board in September 2018. Following his retirement, he started up a mediation practice, returning to his long-held passion of assisting employers and unions in resolving their issues.

Reg had previously held the position of Assistant Deputy Minister at the Ontario Ministry of Labour and was the lead mediator for the province assisting unionized workplaces in virtually every sector of the economy. He has worked with parties in their negotiations, grievance resolution, training, and relationship building.

As a labour relations practitioner for over 40 years, he held full-time positions with both unions and employers as a lead negotiator and problem solver.
