Renzo Del Negro is the Director of Labour Relations at Coast Mountain Bus Company (CMBC) and a senior human resource and labour relations leader with extensive experience in the public sector.
Renzo is a seasoned human resources and labour relations professional whose work is grounded in effective workforce strategy and strong union-management relationships. He is known for leading complex collective bargaining and labour relations programs, including negotiations with CMBC, the City of Coquitlam, and serving as spokesperson at provincial bargaining tables through multiple rounds with unionized teaching and support staff, as well as coordinating local bargaining between boards of education and their local unions. He brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to grievance management, dispute resolution, and the interpretation and administration of collective agreements, supporting sustainable outcomes for both operations and employees.
Renzo holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource and Industrial Relations Management from the University of British Columbia.
