Roxana Jangi is a partner in Dentons Canada LLP’s Employment and Labour group. Her practice focuses on the management side of labour, employment, human rights, occupational health and safety, and privacy law.
Roxana offers legal and strategic advice to both federally and provincially regulated employers on issues such as collective agreement interpretation, collective bargaining, employee discipline, interpretation and application of labour and employment legislation, accommodations in the workplace, workplace investigations, labour arbitrations, and wrongful dismissal actions. She also assists employers in the drafting, implementation, and application of executive contracts, employment agreements, non-competition and confidentiality provisions, drug and alcohol testing practices, harassment policies, and general employment policies and practices.
Roxana has appeared before various levels of court in Alberta, as well as the Alberta Labour Relations Board, grievance arbitration boards, and human rights tribunals.
Roxana was called to the Alberta Bar in 2013.
