Roxanne Davis, KC, is an arbitrator and managing partner with Carbert Waite LLP. She has extensive litigation experience, primarily focused on complex workplace issues including human rights, privacy, health & safety issues, and workplace investigations.
In 2024, Roxanne was designated a Qualified Arbitrator. She is on the Province of Alberta’s roster of approved grievance arbitrators and serves as an adjudicator on the City of Calgary’s Licence and Community Standards Appeal Board and Tax Incentive Appeal Board. She previously served as a Tribunal Member in the Alberta Human Rights Commission.
Roxanne volunteers as chair of the Board of the Calgary Drug Treatment Court, and chair of Women in Law Leadership.
