Sara Hanson is a senior associate at Moore Edgar Lyster LLP where she acts for individuals and unions in a wide range of labour, employment, and human rights law matters. She also acts for professional regulators and individuals in matters relating to professional regulation.
Sara has a particular interest in the intersection between human rights and workplace law. She has acted for numerous individuals in complaints before the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal, with a focus on sexual harassment claims.
Sara holds a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Calgary and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the Bar in 2015.
