Tamara Ramusovic is a partner at Moore Edgar Lyster LLP, where she practises in all areas of labour, employment, human rights, and administrative law. Tamara has broad experience representing trade unions in arbitrations, mediations, labour board hearings, and court proceedings, including judicial reviews. She has represented private sector and public sector trade unions both federally and provincially. She also represents non-union employees in wrongful dismissal and human rights matters.

Tamara has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in B.C. and before administrative tribunals including the B.C. Labour Relations Board, the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal, and the B.C. Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal. She offers training and education opportunities for her clients and social justice community groups. She is a frequent speaker and legal educator on various topics, including privacy law, federal labour law, and human rights and accommodation law.

Tamara is also B.C.’s representative on the National Labour Rights Committee of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers.
