Tracy McPhee is the Team Lead, Continuing Care, for Labour Relations and Compensation Analysis at Health Association Nova Scotia. Tracy practises exclusively in the area of labour and employment law, providing advice and representation to clients in interest and grievance arbitration and labour board matters. Tracy acts as lead negotiator in collective bargaining for multiple employers in Nova Scotia. From 2003 to 2019, she was legal counsel at Health Association Nova Scotia.
Tracy completed her articles at Miller Thomson in Toronto. She held the position of Manager, Labour Relations, with Lennox Industries (Canada) Ltd. before returning to private practice at McMillan Binch in Toronto. She returned to Nova Scotia in 2002, joining Stewart McKelvey Stirling Scales. Tracy has also taught courses at Mount Saint Vincent University and Saint Mary’s University.
Tracy holds a BComm. with a major in Human Resources Management from Dalhousie University. She graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 1996.
