Standard Fees for Cancellation
(i) $500 administrative fee if notified more than 14 calendar days (ii) $800 cancellation fee for each scheduled day, if notified 8-14 days prior to scheduled hearing date; (iii) $1,500 cancellation fee for each scheduled day, if notified 24 hours-7 calendar days prior to scheduled hearing date; (iv) $2,400 cancellation fee if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Note: The cancellation fee is waived when another hearing is scheduled for the date and that hearing proceeds: in such circumstances an administrative fee is charge. Disbursements, plus any time spent on the matter to date, are charged where applicable.
