Delayne Sartison, K.C., is a founding partner of Roper Greyell LLP, a Vancouver-based employment and labour law firm. A trusted advisor, negotiator, and advocate, Delayne advises employers on all aspects of management-side labour, employment, and human rights issues in the workplace. Delayne has appeared as counsel at all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada and regularly acts as counsel for employers before labour arbitrators, the B.C. Labour Relations Board, and the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal. Delayne lectures frequently on a variety labour, employment, and human rights topics.
