Nicole Gauthier is a secondary teacher with the Toronto District School Board. She was elected as an Executive Officer to the Toronto Teachers Bargaining Unit of the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation in 2017 and subsequently appointed Chief Negotiator, representing over 5000 permanent, Adult Day School and Continuing Education Teachers. She has extensive experience in local negotiations, drafting contract and constitutional language, contract maintenance, member representation, and grievance and arbitration. Nicole provides expert and ongoing support to Members with benefits and long term disability processes, statutory leaves and is a certified Health and Safety Inspector.
