Katie Comley is an associate with Roper Greyell LLP, a leading workplace law firm in Western Canada, based in Vancouver. Katie provides advice and representation in all areas of law related to the workplace and has significant experience working collaboratively with unionized and non-unionized employers from the public and private sectors. Katie provides her clients with solutions to a variety of legal issues, including terminations, disciplinary matters, workplace policies, accommodations, and collective agreement interpretation. She has represented employers at mediations, arbitrations, the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal, the B.C. Labour Relations Board, and the B.C. Supreme Court.
