Julia Bell is a senior associate at Roper Greyell LLP where she advises employers in all areas of labour and employment law, including human rights. Julia works with clients in both the public and private sector to manage workplace legal issues in unionized and non-unionized environments. Her practice focuses on providing advice in complex, nuanced areas of the law, particularly in the post-secondary environment. She is also frequently retained as an independent investigator on complaints of bullying and harassment, including sexual harassment.
