As a result, he has conducted numerous arbitration or mediation hearings and issued awards in both B.C. and A.B., as well as Federal. In addition, Guy has been appointed to investigate/report and mediate or arbitrate on numerous harassment complaints. Guy is currently arbitrator on the B.C.
