P.A. Neena Gupta is a partner at Gowling WLG (Canada), where she has a broad employment and human rights practice. She is recognized by Lexpert and Best Lawyers for her excellence in employment and human rights law and was awarded one of the 2017 Zenith Awards recognizing Women in the Legal Profession.
Neena has taught in the Faculties of Law at both Queen’s University and the University of Toronto. She is chair of the Waterloo Region United Way and serves on the board of Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers, a specialist legal association of management counsel. Neena is a popular speaker on a variety of topics and is a published author on matters relating to employment contracts, wrongful dismissals, human rights, and harassment investigations.
Neena holds an LL.B. from Queen’s University and an LL.M. from the University of Toronto. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1989 and the Saskatchewan Bar in 1998.
