Claire Boychuk practises in the field of labour, employment, and human rights law. She is a talented negotiator, listener, and facilitator. She is committed to helping individuals thrive in their work and in their lives, and advocating for working conditions that respect and celebrate diversity. Claire is currently completing her first book for LexisNexis, after which she will be returning to practice at RavenLaw LLP.

As a former judicial law clerk at the Federal Court of Canada, Claire brings significant expertise to administrative law issues. In recent years, she has provided representation to clients in matters before administrative tribunals, the Federal Courts, and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Claire has experience working with a range of advocacy organizations — locally and internationally — to advance issues of social justice. Claire received her B.A. (Hons.) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Davis Scholar, and her B.C.L./LL.B. from McGill’s Faculty of Law. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
