Anne Musacchio is the Manager of Human Resources (HR) with the City of Vaughan. The City of Vaughan has won the Greater Toronto’s Top Employers awards for both 2021 and 2022 and won the Canadian HR Awards Most Effective Recruitment Strategy in 2023. Anne has been with the organization for over 10 years. Prior to joining the City of Vaughan, Anne was an HR Consultant with the City of Toronto’s Employee & Labour Relations and Strategic Recruitment teams.

Her responsibilities include developing and delivering people management strategies which support the corporation’s overall strategic goals and objectives. She also identifies HR priorities and recommends appropriate people-management solutions which support the business objectives of the organization. She provides expert professional advice and support on all aspects of human resources, navigating current employment legislation, and best practices.

Anne has extensive experience in dealing with complex workplace investigations, has a strong labour relations background, and leads the city’s collective bargaining negotiations as the Chief Spokesperson. She has recently completed the Executive Certificate in Conflict Management with the University of Windsor and has a passion for mediation and resolving workplace matters.
