Amanda Alberti is a lawyer at Harris & Company, where she represents both public and private sector employers in workplace law matters, with a particular focus on occupational health and safety and workers’ compensation-related issues. She takes a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to finding effective solutions for her clients.
Amanda has assisted clients in a variety of civil litigation proceedings at all levels of court in British Columbia as well as in reviews and appeals before the WorkSafeBC Review Division and Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal.
Prior to joining Harris & Company, Amanda worked at a leading boutique litigation firm in Vancouver. She is presently a member of the Board of Directors for the BC Municipal Safety Association.
