Deanna Webb is a mediator, arbitrator, and workplace investigator. In her role, Deanna aims to guide parties in coming to collaborative, creative and practical solutions with the goal of enhancing successful, long standing labour relations.
After graduating from Queen’s University’s Masters in Industrial Relations (M.I.R.)/LL.B program, Deanna was an active litigator in the labour and employment sector for over 15 years. She practised law at two of Canada’s top labour and employment firms and acted as in-house counsel in both the private and public sectors, specializing in health care. Throughout her career, Deanna has had extensive experience in collective bargaining, rights and interest arbitrations, and in wrongful dismissal litigation.
She is a member of the Ontario Labour-Management Arbitrators’ Association (OLMAA), the Law Society of Upper Canada and is an external adjudicator for the Canada Industrial Relations Board.
