Denis Ellickson is managing partner with the labour law firm CaleyWray based in Toronto, and he has been with the firm since arriving in Toronto in 1991. Denis’ practice includes the representation of trade unions and employees in all areas of labour relations, both provincially and federally, including representation at grievance arbitrations, labour boards, human rights tribunals, judicial inquests, injunctions, and other court matters throughout Ontario and Canada. Denis has written several articles on various labour relations subjects and is a regular speaker at labour relations conferences, seminars, and continuing legal education programs. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, the Canadian Bar Association, and is the former chair of the Labour and Employment Section of the Ontario Bar Association.
