Theo Arsenault is a partner in the Vancouver union-side labour law firm Arsenault Aaron Lawyers, and has practised law, since graduating from Dalhousie University Law School in 1979, for unions active in both the private and public sectors in British Columbia. Theo has extensive experience in all areas of labour and employment law, administrative law, and complex civil litigation. He is consistently listed on The Best Lawyers in Canada list, as an expert in the practice of labour and employment law. Theo is a former chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s Labour Law Sub-Section (B.C. Branch) and is a frequent lecturer at labour law seminars. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1982.
