Julie Weller is a partner in Mathews, Dinsdale and Clark LLP’s Toronto office and specializes in workers’ compensation, providing practical and strategic advice to both union and non‐unionized private and public sector employers. Julie regularly appears before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, and the Ontario Provincial Offences Court. In addition to her practice, Julie writes and speaks on workers’ compensation matters. She is an active member of the legal community, including acting as past chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s 2024 to 2025 Workers’ Compensation Section Executive.
