Salim Visram is a senior associate lawyer in the Labour and Employment Group at Dentons Canada LLP where he advises and represents employers in all areas of labour and employment law. His practice focuses on workplace human rights, accommodation, discrimination and harassment claims, wrongful dismissal, labour relations, and pensions, benefits, and executive compensation. Salim works closely with employers to develop proactive strategies that ensure legal compliance while fostering inclusive and productive workplaces.
Salim has experience representing employers before administrative tribunals and arbitrators. He provides strategy and practical advice to help organizations navigate complex workplace issues. He regularly assists employers with drafting and implementing workplace policies, managing disputes, and ensuring compliance with evolving human rights and employment laws.
