Dale Darling, KC, practised in the labour and employment area for 30 years. She has appeared at all levels of court in Nova Scotia as well as at the Labour Board, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Tribunal, Human Rights Boards of Inquiry and countless arbitrations and mediations. She also teaches part-time at the Schlich School of Law at Dalhousie University.
She was appointed to the Nova Scotia Minister’s List of Arbitrators in the fall of 2023, and is Chief Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia.
