Lucia DeMaio is a labour relations lawyer for the Association of University of New Brunswick Teachers (AUNBT). She supports the AUNBT in all aspects of labour relations including collective agreement interpretation, grievance, human rights processes, and collective bargaining. Previously she worked in disability advocacy and for a union-side law firm. Lucia holds a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick, a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University, and a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University.
