Kate O’Neill is a partner with the St. John’s office of Cox & Palmer. Her practice focuses on employment and labour law, including formal training as a workplace investigator, as well as civil, insurance, and commercial litigation. She represents her clients before all levels of court in the province, as well as in arbitrations, professional disciplinary matters, and at the Labour Board and Human Rights Commission. She is a director of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers and a member of the Canadian Bar Association and Canadian Defence Lawyers. Kate is recognized in publications The Best Lawyers in Canada and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for her work in employment and labour law, as well as corporate and commercial litigation and insurance law.
