Mary Rolf is a labour and employment lawyer at Pink Larkin. In her labour law practice, Mary represents public and private sector unions in grievance arbitrations, judicial reviews, and before various administrative bodies. In her employment law practice, Mary advises and represents employees with respect to employment contracts, terminations of employment, human rights and accommodation issues, and bullying and harassment concerns.

Mary has appeared before superior and appellate courts in Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada. She has also acted for clients before the Nova Scotia Labour Board and the Newfoundland and Labrador Labour Relations Board.

In addition to her work at Pink Larkin, Mary is a member of the Advocates’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association (CBA). She is currently chair of CBA Nova Scotia’s Constitutional and Human Rights Law Section.
