Marcus McCann is the principal of Marcus McCann Law, where he practises in all areas of workplace law. He also has a longstanding interest in state regulation of sexuality and has worked on cases about sex work, sexual harassment, the targeting of massage parlours, and HIV criminalization. In 2018, he represented a transgender student before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario in a lengthy hearing over the right to an inclusive sexual health education curriculum. His most recent book is Park Cruising: What Happens When We Wander Off the Path (Anansi, 2023).
