Shelley Ball is a practising lawyer and the principal of Shelsu Pacific Law, which provides sexual misconduct investigations, training, and education and legal advising services. Over the past 20 years, Shelley has worked in regulatory, health, government and oversight, litigation, union, and post-secondary environments, as a director of investigations, senior in-house counsel, external counsel, and senior investigator. She is an appointed member of the Health Professions Review Board and Patient Care Quality Review Board of British Columbia and partners with research institutes to advance knowledge on sexual misconduct, trauma-informed practice, and how they impact leadership and organizational culture.
She holds a B.A. in Criminology (First Class Honors) and J.D., and is experienced in restorative justice facilitation and alternative dispute resolution.
