Lisa Mastrobuono is an education-sector negotiator with over 20 years of experience conducting provincial and school board collective bargaining in Ontario. Most notably, Lisa was a lead negotiator and former Deputy General Secretary of Collective Bargaining Services at Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO), where she supervised ETFO central and local bargaining teams during the most recently concluded round of negotiations with the Ontario government in 2023.
Lisa is currently president of Acuity Strategic Solutions, a company that provides advice and training on all aspects of collective bargaining preparation, communications, and strategic planning to human resources and labour relations professionals.
