Neil Hain is a Chartered Mediator, Certified Arbitrator, and Senior Investigator. He began practising law over 25 years ago, and throughout his career, has upheld the highest standards of professionalism and intellectual honesty in his work. He revels in unleashing the potential for workplace and business excellence in tackling high conflict and complex situations.

Neil is responsible for thousands of workplace and professional conduct investigations, mediations, and administrative law decisions. He is a highly skilled mediator, investigator, and decision maker helping disputing parties obtain outcomes revealing a pathway forward. He has served all sectors of the economy, and maintains long-standing professional associations with regulatory bodies, statutory agencies, health authorities, crown corporations, private and public companies, societies, and trade unions. Through his extensive board and committee work, as well as cross-departmental project stewardship, he helps organizations achieve consensus building to meet mandated goals.

Neil Hain continues to expand his public service through Board appointments in Health Care with UBC Children’s and Women’s Research Ethics Board and the College of Pharmacists of BC, and formerly in Land and Project Development with the Association of BC Land Surveyors’ Board of Management. He upholds the highest ethical standards in these professional commitments.
