Brendan McCutchen is a partner at Wright Henry LLP. He specializes in labour law, construction labour law, and workers’ compensation law, and represents a variety of public- and private-sector trade union clients. He is a past member of the Ontario Bar Association (OBA) labour and employment law section executive, and is currently a board member for the Industrial Accident Victims Group of Ontario (IAVGO). Brendan received the 2022 OBA Ron Ellis Award for Excellence in Workers’ Compensation Law. He graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2010 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011.
