Standard Fees for Cancellation
No charge before a hearing is scheduled; $500 one month or more prior to hearing; $1,600 if notification received less than 30 days before the hearing; no charge if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing; $800 per scheduled day on cancellation of expedited arbitration (section 49, OLRA) where date is scheduled less than three weeks prior to hearing.
