Standard Fees for Cancellation
Cancellation fees are $1200 if notice given on day of hearing or within 24hours of day of hearing; $350 if given within 7 days of date of hearing but prior to 24 hours before day of hearing; and no charge for cancellations prior to 7 days before hearing. Any disbursements for things such as room rentals and for airline tickets which are non-refundable will be charged regardless of time of cancellation.
