Standard Fees for Cancellation
Shorter hearings of 1 or 2 days: no charge if notified more than 1 business day in advance, one-half day fee ($1,200) if notified 1 business day before the scheduled hearing, and one day fee ($2,400) if notified on the day of the hearing. Hearings of 3-5 days: no charge if notified 2 wks in advance; 1 day if less than 2 weeks & 2 days if notified last business day before or on day of hearing.
