If notification is received up to 45 days prior to scheduled hearing, $500 per scheduled day; If notification is received between 8-45 days prior to scheduled hearing, $1,000 per scheduled day; If notification is received less than 7 days prior to scheduled hearing, $1,500 per scheduled day.
