Standard Fees for Cancellation
No charge before a hearing is scheduled; $600 for first day, $350 for each additional day of scheduled hearing when notified more than one week prior to hearing; $1,200 for first day, $600 for each additional day of scheduled hearing when notified less than one week prior to hearing; no charge if date of cancelled hearing is used for another hearing. For ministerial appointments, cancellation fees conform to Department of Labour guidelines (e.g. no charge seven days or more prior to hearing; $350 one to seven days prior to hearing; $700 on day of hearing).
